The test criteria

  2. Daily usability: Buttons, readability, alerts, and routine interaction quality.
  3. Failure behavior: What happens when internet/power/account issues appear?
  4. Scam resilience: Does it reduce social-engineering risk or add confusion?
  5. Value: Upfront + recurring costs versus practical benefit.
